Foley graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Public Law and Government and from the University of Toledo College of Law, Cum Laude. While in Law School, Mr. Foley served as an Editor on the University of Toledo Law Review. Mr. Foley is a member of the Michigan Association of School Boards, Michigan Council of School Attorneys, National Council of School Attorneys, and the Michigan Public Employer Labor Relations Association. Robinette received a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, and his Juris Doctorate from the law program at Michigan State University in 1996. Mr. Robinette serves currently as the prosecuting attorney for Brownstown Township and served previously as same for Huron Township. He previously served as a civil rights attorney in Dearborn. Mr. Robinette served as the senior clerk to the Chief Judge of the Oakland County Circuit Court. He has been a lifelong resident of the Downriver community, and volunteers significant time to various community, charitable, and church organizations. [Email Dean Robinette] Elisabeth Mimi Mullins, Attorney at LawElisabeth Mimi Mullins received her Bachelors Degree in political science from Boston College, Cum Laude. She obtained her law degree from Suffolk University Law School where she was repeatedly on the Dean's List and was the recipient of the Blackstone Legal Fellowship Scholarship. Mrs. Mullins has held positions in the legal field for the past several years. She has lived in various parts of Latin America including Mexico, Venezuela, and Brazil, and is now a Southgate resident. Mrs. Mullins is conversant in Spanish and Portuguese and has spent several months performing work outside the United States.
